Limit Your Sugar Intake
You probably don’t want to hear this, but sugar is a bad news for your diet. The more refined it comes; the more your body is going to react negatively to it. Sugar is in everything. If it’s sweet, it has sugar in it. There are all sorts of sugars out there, and the body ultimately metabolizes all of them.
Now remember that the sugar found in fruits and vegetables (hasn’t been refined and all the good stuff removed) is still much better for you than refined sugar.
Start now limiting your sugar intake, whenever you feel yourself craving something sweet instead of that candy bar, grab a piece of fruit. Also when you eat out, avoid that sugar loaded soda, or juice and just drink water.
Cutting your sugar content will have amazing effects on your efforts to lose weight.
